if you do not want to read in full or disagree with anything my TOS, please do not commission me.

i do not allow any images of my dolls to be used for AI/NFT purposes and alike, even once the doll is your possession. if you cannot honor this, please do not commission me.

all payments will be done via paypal. you can choose between gs/ff at your discretion.

your commission slot will only be locked in after i contact you and receive your deposit.

your deposit will be in the form of a base doll (and/or hair). you may either:

mail me the doll, and/or

send me the funds so that i can buy the doll/hair for you.

nearly every step of the process will be shown to you for approval. micro-adjustments are okay, but redoing an entire face is not possible. if at any point you are dissatisfied with my services and i feel i am unable to meet your expectations, i reserve the right to cancel your commission. in this event, i will either:

remove my work and return the base doll to you, and/or

provide up to an 80% refund based on how much work had been completed.

you reserve the right to provide a deadline, but it must be given prior to the deposit. if i feel i cannot meet your deadline, i reserve the right to decline your commission.

when the doll is complete and has received your approval, you will pay for the rest of your commission + shipping. i am not responsible for what happens to the doll once it has been dropped off at post. if any issue arises, i will try to help in any way that i can.

i reserve the right to decline your commission if i feel i am not capable of completing it.
